The First Ten Things

This LibGuide presentation will not only give examples of how these technology applications can be used in libraries but also showcase examples of libraries utilizing these resources to enhance their patron outreach, involve young adults and children in reading programs, and even bridge the gap between those digital natives and digital immigrants who might otherwise be watching only from the sidelines.

A micro-blogging site that allows users to share information with others in 40-characters or less

 

 

Delicious

A social bookmarking site that allows users to create lists of resources from the web and tag them to be used and shared with others.

 

 

 

Google Apps

Google Maps
