For questions about a well site owner/operator, type of well, expected length of activity, and expected impact:
1. Get your Section Township and Range information from your County Assessor's Office
2. Call Consumer Services, Oil and Gas Complaints and Information at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (405) 521-2613
For reporting concerns over activities at a site:
1. Contact the appropriate District Field Office of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission

Track and report tremors:
Oklahoma Geological Survey focuses on earthquakes with 2.3 and above magnitude
U.S. Geological Survey focuses on earthquakes with 3.0 and above magnitude

•Representative Cory T. Williams, Okla. House Dist. 34 provided legislative updates and said citizens' voices do matter
•Dr. Todd Halihan, OSU Professor of Hydrogeophysics encouraged people to report earthquakes to OGS or USGS
•Amberlee Darold, Seismologist II, Oklahoma Geological Survey reported on increases in seismic monitoring, encouraged people to look at the data on the OGS website, and also encouraged people to report earthquakes and damages. Asked people to be patient as OGS tries to monitor the activity.
•Dr. Tamara Mix, OSU Associate Professor, Sociology provided information about who to contact with questions and who to contact with concerns, and reminded everyone there is a central human dimension to all of this.
