Communication Sciences and Disorders: Finding Books

Finding Books in the OSU Library

Start with the search box on the library's website. By default, this tool searches many different types of resources: books, e-books, articles, journals, government documents, videos, and more. To search specifically for books, click "Advanced Search."

Set the search type to "Books & Media." Enter a search term: a topic, a subject heading, an author, or a book title.

Next, use the "Refine My Results" section on the left side of the page to narrow your search results. Click "show more" to see more options under each facet. You can specify details like language, publication date, subject headings, and library locations. You can also change the order by which results are sorted.
