Added Copy Procedures

The library often purchases multiple copies of the same book, and these require special steps for cataloging.

For a number of reasons, the library occasionally has a need for multiple copies of one title. (E.g.: a popular title, different branches each want their own copy, gifts/donations, etc.) Since there is theoretically already a bibliographic record for this piece, it requires slightly different procedures to successfully add it to the catalog.
