Textbooks & Reserves: Find Your Textbook
Edmon Low Library's textbook initiative is a program designed to help students deal with the increasing cost of textbooks. The library purchases required textbooks for courses that have more than 100 students or where the required text costs more than $100. These textbooks are available for a 2-hour checkout period, which ensures that as many students can benefit as possible.
Current course textbooks that meet the purchase requirements can be found on the first floor of the library in the Creative Studios (Room 105).
Finding a Textbook
To search for a textbook, please visit the Course Reserves tab under the main BOSS search engine!
Students can search by course code or course number (example: ZOOL or 1604), as well as title to see if the textbook is a part of the library's collection. Should the textbook not come up in a search, students are encouraged to also try the general search found on the library's home page.
