National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) - Reports on production and supplies of food and fiber, prices paid and received by farmers, farm labor and wages, farm finances, chemical use, and changes in the demographics of U.S. producers are only a few examples of data supplied by NASS.

Census of Agriculture - Published by the NASS, the Census of Agriculture is the leading source of facts and figures about American agriculture. Conducted every five years, the Census provides a detailed picture of U.S. farms and ranches and the people who operate them.

Economic Research Services (USDA) - The mission of USDA's Economic Research Service is to anticipate trends and emerging issues in agriculture, food, the environment, and rural America and to conduct high-quality, objective economic research to inform and enhance public and private decision making.

FAOStat - The U.N. Food and Agricultural Organization's mission is to improve data collection and dissemination for development and the fight against global hunger and malnutrition.
