Using Zoom
Zoom is an application used to conduct meetings on the web. It includes a variety of options such as audio, video, telephone call-in options, chat, non-verbal feedback buttons, etc. It also allows for the recording of sessions so they can be shared afterwards.

Securing Your Zoom Experience
Do...
- Enable the Waiting Room setting.
- Limit who you share meeting information with.
- Disable automatic screen sharing for all participants.
Don't...
- Use your Personal Meeting ID (PMI) to host public meetings.
- Allow participants to automatically share their screen.
- Share meeting links and/or passwords publicly.
Maybe...
- Lock the meeting.
- Require a password.
- Turn off annotation.
- Disable chat/private chat.
- Turn off or limit file transfer.
