Spring 2017 Class Clients
Student Teams will conduct secondary and primary research on behalf of one of two clients:
Bryn Walker - a line of women’s fashion sold in private label boutiques and at department stores such as Dillard’s.
1907 Meat Co. - a Stillwater-based butcher/restaurant concept that specializes in locally sourced beef for cooking at home and in their restaurant.
Ocean Spray - the cranberry cooperative that sells cranberry and cranberry products in grocery stores nation-wide.
The research will be in support of creating an integrated strategic communication campaign to meet the following marketing communication objectives:
Increase brand awareness and purchase interest for the Bryn Walker label among college women 18-25 in the Midwest and South.
Drive traffic and trial to Dillard’s locations that carry the Bryn Walker line.
1907 Meat Co
Create awareness for 1907 Meat Co. among local/regional consumers.
Educate local consumers on the benefits of farm-to-table and locally sourced meat products.
Build traffic for the 1907 Meat Co. location in Stillwater in both the restaurant and butcher shop.
Ocean Spray - to develop a communication plan to drive relevancy of the Ocean Spray brand among Millennials across both food and beverage
