Open Textbooks/Open Educational Resources: Pressbooks
What is Pressbooks?
Pressbooks is a WordPress-based authoring and publishing platform that makes it simple to adapt or create OER. The platform allows authors to export their work in multiple formats including web book, PDF, EPUBs and more. Pressbooks is a good option whether you want to make a few simple edits to a published, openly licensed resource or create an openly licensed resource from scratch. Check out OER published through OpenOKState using the Pressbooks platform, and explore training options available through OSU Libraries and OpenOKState to learn more about getting started. Contact kathy.essmiller@okstate.edu to request editing access to the platform.
