Library Color Printing: Other Ways to Send Color Prints

From your own Computer (on campus only)

Step 1: Go to https://stwprint02.it.okstate.edu/Myprintcenter/. Log in with your Okey credentials and upload your print job. Acceptable formats include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Publisher, PDF, Text (CSV, RTF & TXT), JPG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, Open Office 4.0 or greater documents. Items will remain in your queue for approximately 24 hours. 

Note: 2-sided is the default setting. You can change this in the print options if you wish. 

Step 2: Visit the Library to release your print job. Log-in at either of the 2 color printing release stations with your Okey email and password. These are located on the east side of the first floor. 

Step 3: After you've logged in, you will see your personal print queue. Select your print job, then click Print or Delete.

Note: Don’t forget to log off at the release station.

From your Phone (on campus only)

Step 1: Install the free "Pharos Print" app, available for both Android and iOS. At the setup screen, enter stwprint02.ad.okstate.edu as the server address. You must be connected to the campus WiFi to access the print server.

Log in with your Okey credentials and upload your print job. Acceptable formats include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Publisher, PDF, Text (CSV, RTF & TXT), JPG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, Open Office 4.0 or greater documents. Items will remain in your queue for approximately 24 hours.

Via Email

While printing via email is an option, customization is extremely limited. Users are encouraged to print from a Library computer, or use one of the above alternative options. 

Step 1: Email the print job as an attachment to mobileprint@okstate.edu. Acceptable formats include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Publisher, PDF, text (CSV, RTF & TXT), JPG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, and Open Office 4.0 or greater documents.

Items will stay in your queue for approximately 24 hours before they expire. If you are not using your official OSU email account, you will receive a message asking you to register the email address.

Note: 2-sided is the default setting. You cannot change this when printing via email.
