Common OJS tasks are well documented on PKP's YouTube channel and documentation. While their support and documentation is comprehensive, we find that our users frequently ask certain questions. Why does strange text like ã, ’, and é show up in article titles, contributor names, and abstracts? | Certain characters like ü, é, ã, and some punctuation marks do not transfer properly when copied from PDF or Microsoft Word files and pasted into OJS.
