A pathfinder to identifying and finding tests and measures in the social sciences.
Introduction
- Mental Measurements Yearbook with Tests in PrintMMY with TIP is a combination of two sources, both published by the Buros Center for Testing at the University of Nebraska. Mental Measurements Yearbook provides detailed descriptions and expert reviews of English-language, commercially published tests. Tests in Print is a comprehensive bibliography to all known commercially available tests that are currently in print in the English language. The two sources can be used to locate tests by topic along with detailed evaluations and publication information for purchasing instruments.

Test Records
Users can search by keyword or use the database indexes to browse the following fields:

Records in MMY with TIP include extensive information on the purpose, administration, scoring, and use of each instrument. Click Detailed Record to view this information.
For availability, note two fields in particular: publisher information and price. The publisher information usually includes the publisher's name, address, telephone number, email address, and website; however, some records, especially for older tests, do not include all contact options. Generally, the best place to begin is by searching online for the publisher's website. The price is usually provided for a full test administration kit.
