- Academic Search PremierOne of the largest academic multi-disciplinary databases. Provides full text for over 4,600 scholarly (peer-reviewed) publications back to 1975.
- GeoRefGeoRef is the most comprehensive index to the literature of geology and earth sciences. Published by the American Geosciences Institute, GeoRef covers all aspects of geology from 1669 to the present for North America and 1933 to the present for the rest of the world. Containing over 3.3 million records, GeoRef indexes journal articles, books, maps, conference papers, reports and theses.
- ProQuest DatabasesCollection of over 4,000 journals and magazines, and dissertations from 1996 to the present from most universities across the U.S.
- ScopusScopus is the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature: scientific journals, books and conference proceedings. Delivering a comprehensive overview of the world's research output in the fields of science, technology, medicine, social sciences, and arts and humanities, it features smart tools to track, analyze and visualize research.
Finding E-books
You can search the library's main catalog (BOSS) for e-books:
- Go to https://library.okstate.edu/search-and-find/books
- Enter the title (or part of it) of the book in the search box
- Click the "Full-text available online today" option
- Click Search
- In the results page, click "View It" next to the book you want to read

- Europa World PlusProvides detailed information on countries of the world including economic, political, historical, and geographic profiles of 250 countries and global regions.
- OECD iLibraryContains all the publications and datasets released by OECD (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development), International Energy Agency (IEA), Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA), OECD Development Centre, PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment), and International Transport Forum (ITF). Search "OECD Environmental Performance Reviews" and your country name for a quick search.
