All loanable Dell laptops from the Circulation Desk are equipped with both hardware and software to ensure patrons are able to use the devices in a wide range of activities, both inside and outside the classroom. Students can download applications and programs onto Dell laptops, but the programs will be deleted when the device is powered off.

Warning! Data Loss! When a student laptop is turned off or loses power, all material not saved to an external drive or backed up to an online storage cloud will be lost! The Edmon Low Library is not responsible for any data lost due to power loss. As such, the library cannot guarantee the amount of battery charge left in each machine. Power cords are available for checkout from the circulation desk.

Students have access to Google Drive and OneDrive as online Cloud storage options. 

Each laptop comes with the following programs:

• Zotero
