The Edmon Low Library offers laptops for faculty and staff to use at official OSU affiliated events. Up to 15 Dell laptops or Microsoft Surface tablets can be reserved for a maximum of 10 days. All reservations are subject to approval by the Laptop Manager.

Placing A Reservation

To make a request, please fill out the digital form under Checkout Procedures. Please provide at least two weeks notice for events. The Laptop Manager will send a follow-up email to confirm form details. If an email is not received within (2) business days, please contact the Laptop Manager at 405-744-7117 or liblap@okstate.edu.

Responsibility

Laptops are under the care and responsibility of the account they are checked out to. It is the responsibility of this individual to ensure the safe return and proper use of these devices.
